- Core designing, local saving, printing and exports. Online sign-in, purchases and Community need a connection.

What we have tested—and what we have not
Both Mac release archives are signed and Apple-notarized. Hands-on Mac testing used macOS 15.7.8, with the Intel build run through Rosetta. macOS 13 is the minimum based on the runtime’s support and inspection of the actual binaries; we do not claim hands-on testing on every older system or a physical Intel Mac. The studio film uses actual development-build captures, synthetic demonstration projects, original quilt artwork and original instrumental music. Digital illustrations are not photographs of finished sewn quilts. We do not present fabricated reviews, customer counts or market rankings.
Your designs and Community
Your private projects and fabric photos stay on your device unless you choose to share them. Community lets people download and adapt shared designs while keeping creator credit and the stated sharing terms. Pattern files cannot be resold under those Community terms. Included original designs may be used to make and sell finished physical quilts, as described in the license.
Cloth & Colour is not a marketplace for selling other people’s pattern files, a longarm controller or an automatic converter of any photograph into a sewable pattern. For a first project, inspect the sample making book and make a test block before cutting your full quilt.
